How will the sessions take place?
All accepted papers must have submitted a video of maximum 5 minutes following the instructions provided, which will be uploaded to the Youtube channel of the conference.
And, in addition, at least one author per paper must participate in the session that corresponds to him during the conference (online or in person) to present his paper. Each session will run as follows:
- Session chairs welcome.
- Each attendee will introduce themselves (online or in person). Each will have 2 minutes to introduce themselves and summarise their contribution, WITHOUT slides.
- Discussion led by the session chairs.
Authors participating online will receive instructions on how to connect via Google Meet and all sessions will be broadcast openly through the conference's YouTube channel.
Sessions and links to each of the sessions and broadcasts will be available in this program before the conference.
Language
The sessions will be held in Spanish or English, depending on the language of the authors.
