La formación online en la adquisición de conocimiento en balística e identificación humana forense

Resumen


La cantidad de denuncias realizadas en el Perú se ha incrementado desde el año 2016 al 2019 pasando de 355,876 a 446,508 estando involucrados en las distintas investigaciones peritos que pueden ser de la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP) o del Ministerio Público. Por ello, el objetivo de la presente investigación fue identificar los factores asociados al nivel de conocimiento en identificación balística e identificación humana y conocer el nivel de conocimiento de este en el Instituto de Criminalística de la DIRCRI-PNP periodo 2020. No se identificaron factores asociados significativamente al nivel de conocimiento en identificación balística y a la identificación humana. Se encontró que el 14,3%, 52,4% y 33,3% de los peritos tenían un nivel de conocimiento alto, medio y bajo mientras que para balística forense el 14,3%, 76,2% y 9,5% de los peritos tenían un nivel de conocimiento alto, medio y bajo. Hay mucho por hacer en la implementación de sistemas de enseñanza y adaptación de sistemas automatizados y de Inteligencia Artificial Explicable (XIA).
