Del plan de negocios a la ejecución: enfoque integrador entre la teoría y la práctica en FitnessGym

Resumen


La elaboración y ejecución de un plan de negocios constituye un proceso fundamental en la formación de universitarios porque integra la teoría y la práctica en la aplicación de conocimientos. Este enfoque permite conceptualizar ideas empresariales y llevarlas a la acción mediante estrategias estructuradas. Desde la teoría, se abordan modelos de negocio, análisis de mercado y proyecciones financieras; mientras en la práctica, se desarrollan habilidades como la toma de decisiones, la gestión de recursos y la adaptación al entorno. Esta investigación es descriptiva y correlacional y presenta los indicadores financieros del simulador FitnessGym con una muestra de 13 planes de negocio que ejecutaron universitarios en el aula. Los resultados evidenciaron diferencias significativas entre la planificación y la gestión, y permitieron a los universitarios desarrollar sus competencias de pensamiento crítico, analítico y toma de decisiones en el ámbito empresarial, para fijar estrategias en la ejecución de un centro deportivo.
