En el contexto educativo español, la inclusión y la accesibilidad son fundamentes, por ello, el Diseño Universal del Aprendizaje (DUA) garantiza la igualdad y las oportunidades, al igual que se logra con el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC). Por estos motivos, el estudio se centró en la validación de un instrumento diseñado para medir cómo las tecnologías apoyan al marco del DUA. Participaron 728 estudiantes universitarios para validar el instrumento de evaluación, estructurado en tres dimensiones: representación, acción y expresión, y compromiso. El instrumento demostró una alta fiabilidad (0,911) y una estructura factorial coherente, así como en la consistencia interna. Los estudiantes valoraron positivamente la integración de las TIC en el DUA, destacando especialmente la dimensión de representación. La herramienta diseñada es adecuada para evaluar la percepción de los estudiantes sobre la implementación del DUA y las TIC, contribuyendo significativamente a la educación inclusiva y equitativa.

In the Spanish educational context, inclusion and accessibility are fundamental; therefore, the Universal Design of Learning (UDL) guarantees equality and opportunities, as is achieved with the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). For these reasons, the study focused on the validation of an instrument designed to measure how technologies support the UDL framework. 728 university students participated to validate the evaluation instrument, structured in three dimensions: representation, action and expression, and commitment. The instrument demonstrated high reliability (0.911) and a coherent factor structure, as well as internal consistency. The students positively valued the integration of ICT in the UDL, especially highlighting the dimension of representation. The designed tool is suitable for assessing students' perception of the implementation of UDL and ICT, contributing significantly to inclusive and equitable education.
