Pensamiento estratégico universitario: validación de una escala sobre confianza y participación política

Resumen


Este estudio se realizó con el objetivo de validar una escala a nivel psicométrico para la medición de la confianza y participación política. El enfoque metodológico fue cuantitativo, con un diseño instrumental que implicó la aplicación de AFE y AFC sobre dos muestras independientes de 506 y 510 estudiantes. La escala elaborada abarca siete variables fundamentales, confianza en instituciones públicas y privadas, confianza interpersonal, alineación y conciencia política, percepción y participación política. Los resultados demuestran una estructura factorial robusta, compuesta por tres factores de confianza y cuatro entre actitud y participación política, con cargas factoriales superiores a 0,50 y niveles altos de fiabilidad en los datos. Además, los índices de ajuste del modelo factorial, confirmaron la validez estructural del instrumento. En conclusión, esta herramienta representa una contribución significativa al análisis del comportamiento político juvenil, al proporcionar un insumo estratégico para el fortalecimiento de la cultura democrática y la gobernabilidad institucional en contextos universitarios.
