Resumen / Abstract


El presente artículo muestra algunos resultados obtenidos a través de la investigación cuyo objetivo fue identificar las características que poseen los ambientes de aprendizaje constructivista al ser viables para incrementar la creatividad en los estudiantes universitarios mediante el uso de recursos que fomentan el trabajo en equipo, la innovación y el aprendizaje compartido y autoregulado. La metodología usada fue de corte exploratorio descriptivo en el que se indagó a partir de una encuesta aplicada a alumnos, basada en tres áreas: aprendizaje mediado por las TIC, competencias y creatividad e innovación. Resaltando que los ambientes de aprendizaje constructivista permiten al estudiante adquirir conocimientos de forma dinámica mediante actividades dotadas de sentido y centradas en los contextos del aprendiz, generándole el desarrollo de habilidades superiores como el autoaprendizaje y emprendimiento, además de originar pensamiento crítico y sentido de trabajo colaborativo a través del uso de las TIC, para materializar ideas que buscan aportar alternativas de solución a situaciones específicas.

This article shows some results obtained through the research that aimed to identify the characteristics of constructivist learning environments as they are feasible to increase creativity and innovation in undergraduate students with the use of resources that encourage teamwork, innovation, sharing and self-regulated learning, necessary elements in any field. The methodology used was descriptive and exploratory which was inquired from a survey applied to students, based on three areas: learning mediated by ITC, skills, creativity and innovation. Emphasizing that the constructivist learning environments allow students to understand the processes and principles of creativity actively through meaningful activities and focused on the contexts of the learner, generating the development of superior skills such as innovation and entrepreneurship, elements required in the knowledge society, setting critical thinking and collaborative work through the use of ITC in order to materialize ideas to give alternative solutions to specific situations.
